Start your engines, Manassas! IAM-RC Hobby Shop in the Manassas Mall is running open track and club racing all through October at its indoor IAM-RC Raceway, and racers who show up this month will help decide which classes make the cut for the shop’s winter series starting in November.
“Have a class you want to race this winter? Show up and support it in October!” the shop posted. “Get some laps in, invite another driver, and help build the competition you want to see.”
October racing schedule
1:10 & 1:12 On-Road Carpet (track available Thursday–Saturday)
- Thursday night: Tamiya Club Racing
- Saturday: Club Racing
- Classes: TT-02 Stock, TT-02 Mod, Euro Truck, VTA and 1:12 scale
Mini-Z / 1:28 Scale (track available Sunday–Wednesday)
- Sunday: Club Racing
- Tuesday night: Mini-Z Club Racing
